Howard E. Gilbert, Esq., Principal and Founding Attorney

Howard E. Gilbert, Esq., Principal and Founding Attorney

Jason Gilbert, Esq., Associate

When Howard Gilbert began practicing Labor and Employment Law in 1980, 37 years ago, he did so because of his understanding of the history of labor-management relations and his fascination with the relationship between the workforce and industry. Mr. Gilbert grew up the son of an immigrant postal worker and disabled homemaker in the Bronx, New York. As a result, he values hard work and hard working people. People with families, careers, businesses, interests, and goals. At the earliest stage of his career, Mr. Gilbert recognized the importance of the relationships between the worker and employer, the employer and the industry, and the industry and the economy.
